Carol CarlanCarol Carlan, CEO of Carlan Consulting, LLC, is a motivational speaker, facilitator, and advocate for women’s financial education and success. The first female bank president in Florida panhandle history, she took early retirement from banking to form Carlan Consulting, LLC in 2007. As a Certified LifeSuccess Consultant, Carol works with individuals and corporations to empower through awareness and education with a variety of educational products and tools.Carol has served as the gubernatorial appointee to the Department of Juvenile Justice Blueprint Commission, trustee for Pensacola Junior College since 1999, past President-Emeritus for the Pensacola Junior College Foundation and inaugural chair of Florida Institute for Human and Machine Cognition. To help at-risk girls she co-founded the PACE Center for Girls Escambia/Santa Rosa Counties and served as chair of the PACE Statewide Board of Trustees. For her work, Carol has been recognized as one of the Panhandle’s Top 5 Most Powerful Women by the St. Petersburg Times and as a “Power Couple” with husband Charles by the Pensacola Business Journal. She was also honored as Business Leader of the Year by both the Pensacola Business Journal and the Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce PACE Awards. |

John HosmanAs partner and COO of FS Advisors Inc., John focuses on consulting as well as providing wealth and risk management services to Tribes. Prior to joining FS Advisors Inc., he worked with O’Sullivan Creel Wealth Advisors, LLP where he helped develop their Finance Division. John, a licensed mortgage broker, passed the Series 65, Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination and is in the process of completing his CFP designation.John graduated from the University of West Florida with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s in business administration. During John’s time at the University of West Florida he served two terms as the student body president and one term as the president of the Florida Student Association. He was also named Florida’s College Student Leader of the Year runner-up. John currently serves on five civic organization boards and is actively involved in the community. |

Mort O’SullivanJ. Mort O'Sullivan, III, CPA - Mort O'Sullivan has been the firm's managing partner since it was originally formed in 1981. He currently focuses on consulting and management advisory services to clients, while continuing to offer his expertise in litigation support, business valuations, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a registered investment advisor.Mort attended Washington & Lee University and ultimately earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of West Florida in 1973. He became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida in 1975. He began his accounting career with the international accounting firm Touche Ross and Co. in Atlanta. Mort has committed enormous amounts of time and effort in leadership roles for organizations throughout the community. Janice Perkins-GilleyJanice Perkins-Gilley is the Director of Government Relations and Special Assistant to the President at the University of West Florida, responsible for advocating the legislative priorities at the local, state, and federal levels, and a liaison to all government officials and staff as well as any agency necessary to acquire university funding and program approval. With more than 17 years of Governmental experience, she is proficient in all aspects of Public Policy and Budget from development to passage to implementation.In addition to her professional experience, Janice has committed herself to serving the public and held the position of Commissioner on the Escambia County Board of Commissioners from May 2002 to November 2004 as well as a Member and Vice Chair for the Three Rivers, Conservation and Development Council from 1993 to 2007. Her volunteer services include working with the American Cancer Society, Leukemia Society, Children's Home Society, and Trinitas Christian School. Janice earned her Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and Communications from the University of Southern Miss. A lifelong learner, she enjoys farming, hunting, and baking as well as spending time with her family. |

In 2008, Quint was named to Modern Healthcare’s “100 Most Powerful People in Health Care.” Quint formed the Studer Group in January of 2000, which today is the leading company in assisting organizations with achieving their desired results. He has written two best-selling books, Hardwiring Excellence and a Wall Street Journal best seller: Results That Last. Jerry Maygarden, Executive DirectorJerry Maygarden, a public affairs consultant specializing in private fund development for nonprofit organizations, is founder and principal of J.L. Maygarden Co. and senior policy advisor for the Capitol Hill Group in Tallahassee,Fla. The former mayor of Pensacola served in the Florida House of Representatives as a state legislator and majority leader from 1994-2002 and was recently appointed to the board of directors for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation. Jerry’s philanthropic activities include founding the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Florida and serving as chief development officer for Baptist Health Care Corp., Sacred Heart Health System and the University of West Florida, as well being a member of the administrative board for First United Methodist Church. Recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International Foundation, he also served as president of the Rotary Club of Pensacola.
