Latest Installment of Pensacola: A Proud Past, A Better Tomorrow discusses Rising Stars Event
PENSACOLA, Fla. (May 21, 2010) -This week's broadcast of "Pensacola: A Proud Past, A Better Tomorrow" recaps event that brought young people together to identify solutions for attracting and retaining young talent in our area. Jerry Maygarden, executive director of the Better Pensacola Forum, and Rick Outzen, publisher of IN News, will host "Pensacola: A Proud Past, A Better Tomorrow this Friday, May 21st at 7:30 p.m. on the BLAB television network.
The show features clips from April event, including Laura Lee, expressing ideas on how to expand our community, Kristin Fairchild, talking about affordable housing and Justin Beck, on leadership in our community.
The hope of the Better Pensacola Forum is to improve the Pensacola area, making it a better place to live, by getting local community members involved.
